Emily did my hair and I LOVE it! She is such a talented colorist! Her technique is great and I trust her professional opinion. When we discuss what I have in mind, she creates something better!

I saw Sarah and she did such an amazing job! She made me feel so welcome and she walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions!! I have never felt so comfortable with a hairstylist, especially on the first appointment!! However, I was very disappointed by how some of the older hairstylist treated Sarah and her clients! It was heart breaking! They made it feel like she was such an inconvenience for them. Constantly giving her and her clients dirty looks and openly talking bad about Sarah. I was at the rinsing bowl while Sarah was grabbing something and the hairstylist next to me was saying horrible things about Sarah, to her client, WHILE I WAS RIGHT THERE!!! My daughter came home with a super choppy hair cut. It's not a straight line and it wasn't cut properly. She showed me her inspiration pictures and her hair looks nothing like that. Also her hair looks exactly the same as when she left but with a worst hair cut and no color. Whatsoever! They also over charged her and she requested a refund or a fix and Jessika said she is overbooked and she doesn't want to refund us for this horrible service. My daughter got in touch with Jessika several time to get a solution and she said she would see what she can do. But instead I called her and started to argue with me. Ridiculous!!!! Will not be coming back.

Jess is amazing! She does an OUTSTANDING job everytime. I have been coming to her for years! My extensions are always perfect, my color is always amazing, and she is an all around amazing person!! She is the best!

Tori is amazing! I love my extensions! They look so natural! And she’s fun! Definitely coming back and highly recommend.
