Ridiculous. Waited an hour and once one man was free, he lied about who I was waiting for when in all seriousness I was waiting on him. Nobody bothered to ask if I was trying to see anyone or if I was helped. Poor management and customer service

I have had my hair cut by Aaron for many years but recently his service has become extremely poor. If you book an appointment with him, expect 1 hour + delays. He will never be on time for any of his appointments. He also will perform services that you didn’t ask for and up charge you in the end. Make sure you are very specific with what you want with your hair. Sadly, I will not be returning.

They where welcoming and nice. The lady Mrs.April was good and she was a good braider. The manager Ebony wouldn't call us when she let go of a braiders so that would mess that up and that happen twice and would call you the day of the appointment. But they where good.

Antonio is fantastic, in the 5 yr that I have been going he never ever disappointed me.

Aaron is amazing with my 3 yr old son who can be apprehensive about getting his hair cut. He is always able to get him to sit and cooperate with no problem and the end result is always nice
