I was having a not so great day but that was turned around after walking into the store! Every worker that I passed greeted me and it genuinely felt like they were so happy to see me. I was looking for a moisture mask or something similar and was shown a few options. Although I didn’t end up buying anything, I still felt like they were so happy to provide recommendations. I’ll definitely be back!

First time shopping at this location since they open and it was the best shopping experience I’ve had. Liz welcomed me in and made sure I was well taken care of. She is very knowledgeable about the brands carried and great at making recommendations. She even offered to make a sample of the fragrance I was loving. I signed up for the loyalty program just because of how great she was. Will definitely be a regular shopper here.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Blue Mercury was extremely disappointing and deserves to be shared. My wife and I stood in line patiently waiting to be helped. When it was finally our turn, the associate chose to assist other customers who were simply asking questions instead of completing our checkout. We continued to wait, expecting at least some acknowledgment, but none was given. I even left to go to another store and came back later, only to find my wife still standing there—alone in line—while the same associate had been helping another customer for over 20 minutes. At that point, I told my wife we should just leave. What made this experience especially frustrating was not just the delay, but the complete lack of acknowledgment, communication, or basic courte

Got a makeover there today and we had a blast! My makeup looked amazing yet natural. Liz and Erin are THE best. Highly recommend for all your makeup and skincare needs!
