I had a wonderful experience at the Lynnfield Bluemercury location. Thank you so much to Elle, who took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and who recommended products and shades that was perfect! As someone who doesn't wear makeup often, I left the store feeling so happy and confident. It made my entire day!

Loved my facial with their in-house spa! The fantastic esthetician Lindsey is an absolute treasure! My skin has never looked more radiant and snatched!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Older women tonight did not let me in to purchase one item that I needed it states that this location closes at 8pm and when I arrived before 8pm the doors were already locked I asked her to let me in to buy one item and she refused and said no. Major inconvenience for her closing the store early and this would not be the first time terrible customer service!

Love my Trish rep, Francesca! She’s knowledgeable, kind, helpful, & always helps me pick the right products for me. She goes out of her way to make sure I’m happy with my purchases. She also keeps me informed of new products that she thinks I’ll like. She actually introduced me to the Trish McEvoy line, & I love it!

I have been a loyal customer for years - even when the staff gave me the wrong mascara and I drove back to the store to get the correct one, and they put the wrong one in my bag AGAIN…. But they were so nice…until tonight when I arrived 5 minutes to closing… the woman in tonight said “we’re closed…then rolled her eyes and said” you can come back in if you want”- really??? No actually I would rather buy online for no attitude…goodbye Blue Mercury. And to all the amazing staff that I have purchased from over the years- thank you- I’m sorry this had to end this way.
