Bluebell Spa DC

I went to Bluebell for a deep tissue massage with Jay and the experience was fantastic! Jay was so knowledgeable, explained how deep tissue massages worked, took the time to understand why I was coming in, and walked me through what he would be doing during the massage. I walked out feeling amazing and felt even better within 48 hours. The vibe in Bluebell is so calming too- I can't wait to be back.

Really great massage, maybe one of the best I've ever had. Extremely professional and a great balance of relaxation and relieving muscle tension. The space is really nice, it sounds like they just remodeled. The massage table and blankets were really comfy, overall a great experience. I got the foot scrub add-on, which was fine but didn't add much, I'd skip it next time. A little on the pricier side but definitely worth it for the quality (and fair in DC in 2026 tbh)

First off, the remodel at BlueBell is incredible—what a beautiful, clean, and welcoming facility. Second, I’ve worked with several of the massage therapists here, and every single one has been outstanding. But I have to especially rave about Jay. His pressure is perfect—the kind that makes you completely melt into the table. He consistently finds and works out the knots, nails the trigger points, and I walk out feeling like a new man every time. Beyond the skill, he’s polite, kind, and truly professional—just an all-around great guy. Five stars—highly recommend!

Bluebell Spa just remodeled and it’s looking fresh and inviting!! Always an excellent massage. The masseuse will first meet with you to ask what you need. They do a great job focusing on what you ask for and communicating throughout the massage. (: The service is really lovely and always consistent. I’ve been to Bluebell more times than I can remember. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The cost reflects the level of expertise you get and it’s excellent. Definitely would recommend. (: The renovation now allows handicapped visitors to access on the ground floor. There is ample street parking. Hope you go! All the masseuse are excellent!

This review is long overdue…Ella is skilled, intuitive, professional, and so kind! She always knows exactly what I need and delivers superbly each time. As someone who has had massages in a plethora of places, both here in the states and abroad, in boutique establishments and big name spas, this is hands down my favorite spa and she is my favorite masseuse! I always leave better than I came. I’m so glad I found Bluebell Spa! You have a client for life.
