Don’t let the price fool you. I asked for a certain haircut and was given the complete opposite. I gave a certain picture and gave specific instructions. I wanted my sides to be longer than my top but she ignored my request and made it very short. I wanted scissors, she didn’t use any! I now look like a buzz cut Stuart little. I now have to wear a head covering for the next couple weeks. Save your time and your hair. DO NOT come here.

Jeff is a great guy to talk to, great stories about life in Bloomington. He's also done some stand-up comedy and he is a martial arts instructor. He likes board games, if that's your hobby (it's mine). Really interesting guy. The shop has a genuine local atmosphere. But the cuts themselves are the best. When my wife takes my kids to those Supercuts places (shame on her!), they come out looking like little trolls. Jeff's cuts are always professional, neat, and really close to what the boys want. Long, short, doesn't matter. The guy knows how to cut hair. He hires nice assistants too, and matches the lowest prices around town. You should definitely go there for your haircuts, you will not be disappointed.

Jeff is by far the best barber in Bloomington. He has been cutting my hair since I was about 13 years old. He would still be my barber today if I still lived in the area. Jeff is a great guy he always has something interesting to talk about and the shop itself is awesome. Thanks Jeff,

Jeff has been doing a great job with my hair & I'm not prone to hit the a Aqua Velva barbershop circuit. I've been to his shop for a cut now 4 times & I've never been disappointed, styles my hair nicely & doesn't butcher it into a flat-top. He's an affable guy who is enjoyable to talk with during it.

Great barber shop! Reasonable prices ($16 a cut), and it grows in so nicely that I don't need a trim for 7-8 weeks! Ask for either Jeff or BJ. You can't go wrong.
