I came in to have my root covered and after two washes I was starting to see gray at my roots. I was disappointed in the service I received and called the salon and she called me back and asked me to come let her look at it. She said it was from my hair growing out. After two washes No. She offered to fix it and seemed upset with me while I was there. I since went back to Richmond for the girl that used to do my hair and I love her but it's ashame I have to drive up there to get my hair done but before I pay $200 here I will drive there any day cause I know it will be done right. When I ask her could I get a refund she said they want give you a refund because you received a service. A terrible service and I won't be going back.
