Poor customer service- I want to start by saying the massage I did receive was great and so was the girl who performed it. However, I am extremely disappointed with the front desk staff. I booked a massage and a facial. However, I attempted to reschedule my facial the night before through the online booking portal, but it would not allow me to make any changes. I also tried calling, but nobody at the spa was answering yet. I know this was within 24 hours, so at the worst case scenario I was prepared to pay 50% even though I was rescheduling and not cancelling. It is not my fault the portal wouldn’t allow me to do that. I am a postpartum mom with an infant at home, and I did not want to cancel — I only needed to reschedule the facial, as I could no longer do both services that day. I arr

Went here for a couples massage and my first massage ever, and loved it! Lacey was absolutely wonderful! My husband really enjoyed whoever did his as well! 10/10 recommend! Will be back!

Lacey was absolutely amazing ! This was my very first massage ever. She took her time and explained everything to me and oh my gosh, I feel so much better physically and mentally. The entire staff was very sweet and the atmosphere was just so relaxing. The entire building was just beautiful. I've never felt so pampered and I will definitely be back and I highly recommend coming in and giving it a try. Thank you all !

I have stewed for several hours debating whether or not to leave this post. Let me start by saying, I have frequented this spa many times before and have had no issues. Also, let me acknowledge that I made a mistake. I had an appointment today. When I arrived at 10 for my appointment, I was told that my appointment was actually at 9. Again … my mistake. I put the wrong time in my calendar. When I explained, I was told that the person I had booked with already had her next client with her. Very understandable. However, I was then told that I was being charged the full amount of my services ($150), as this was “policy”. I was not asked if I’d like to wait until she was available, have another person perform my services, nothing. Just informed that I missed my appointment and it would be $150
