HORRIBLE!!!! She over charged me for a refreshing of sengalease braids. I only had my front out and she quoted me $50-$75 over the phone and scheduled a 10 a.m appointment I get there she wasn't ready and change her price to $100. I paid $130 for my whole head to get done.I didn't get in the chair until almost 1pm that's after I left and came back a hour later. She was very rude an unprofessional......talked in her language the whole time.....was on her telephone and was very slow!!!!! She failed to tell me her machine was down and didn't want to start my hair until I got the money. I told her I need to get started I will get the money after you finish. RUDE Nigerian owner with poor service. She was late to salon and was angry from beginning. Dirty apron. Didn’t want me to speak, yelled “if I don’t like her way, I can leave”. RESULTS: horrible job -tight and messy, uneven two-braid feed in. I should have left and not paid. I took braids out once I got home.
