This was the only beauty supply open near me on Christmas, and I drove 30 minutes to get here and I will do it again! I am beyond pleased with the selection of products and beautiful wig selection but the icing on the cake was the free install! Madison was so helpful and I can't thank her enough for being so sweet and patient, and she did an AMAZING job on my install even if it was just a quick one. And she was very gentle and she really took her time in helping me pick a wig and helping me install it. I think this is my new favorite store! I will definitely be back! Thank you Madison!💕💕💕

3 reasons I won't be returning: 1. Pricing As was walking in 2 ladies were commenting on how high the prices were and how they should have gone somewhere else. Once I started looking around, I could see why. I guess since there are very few beauty supply stores in this area they figured they could charge more and people would pay it. 2. Variety The store is on the smaller side so while they may have the item you are looking for, different options are few. 3. Customer Service This is the one that really turned me off. I purchased a 27 piece with closure included and when I got home there was no closure. Now that's totally on the manufacturer, not the store but the issue is how they handled it, or lack there of. When I went back the next day I placed the item and the receipt on the count

My first visit here wasn’t a pleasant one. Attempted to purchase 4 bundles of 10 inch color 1 hair that had a sticker price of $9.99 each. I go to the register and they ring up as $12.99 each. I bring this to the cashiers attention and her rebuttal was “The new girls must’ve added the wrong price,” I gave her 2 opportunities to correct it and she advised me “thats the price in the system” and refused to honor the sticker price. Welp, I won’t be going back.

My sister bought some hair from here. She said it was good hair. She liked it just had a little problem finding location. It’s kind of hidden in the back the movie theater and they are a little bit pricey but, it helps that this location is closer to her & she don’t have to go to Dallas.
