I never leave Google reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt I needed to. I went in asking for about an inch off the top of my evenly grown hair — nothing complicated. Instead, I left with one side buzzed and the other side still long. I now have no part and a noticeably uneven style that will take months to grow out and correct (photos attached). I look like a Hersey kiss or Jimmy Neutron 😑.
Photos don’t do this cut justice! Listen, it’s been years since I’ve gotten a haircut that I’ve actually liked, until now. Charlae delivered 🥲 I booked an appointment an hour before I arrived, & after showing her photos my stylist knew exactly what to do. I wanted something to help reshape my curls but keep the length. Once I wash & style it myself it will be even better. I will definitely be back :)
Got a haircut here last week and absolutely loved it! I’m not great at explaining what I would like, especially when finding a new place, but my stylist Bonita was super patient and took the time to both explain what she was doing, and how I can ask for it again in the future. I was also helped by Sage who was very kind as well! Overall, both the cut and the service were amazing and would definitely recommend this location.
I came in for a deep conditioning which is $35 and I added a trim. To my surprise during checkout I was charged $109 and when asked why I was told because my stylist used “tools” to blow dry my hair and the deep conditioning comes with a “rough blow dry” meaning no tools. I did not ask for tools to be used in my hair and I was not told that the tools being used in my hair would be an extra charge. The tools used was a blow dryer and brush/comb and even then my hair was not completely straight and was still sticking up and poofy. When I blow dry my hair at home with a blow dryer and brush I can get my hair straight and to fall downward. Clients should always be informed about any additional services and their cost before they are done. It felt unfair to be charged for something I never agre
The staff is friendly and lively. Damaris cut my hair. Prices are a little steep. I paid $67 for the one side plus her tip. The prices are set by the company. I plan on coming back for different services.
