After evaluating my skin, she recommended RF microneedling and put me on a skincare routine for a month to properly prep my skin before the treatment. A month later I came back for my procedure with Mancy and she was incredible. She was very thorough and explained everything that would happen during and after the treatment. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and even explained how she would contour my jawline slightly as part of the treatment. The entire staff here is amazing. I feel compelled to share my experience at BioSpa. I've been getting Botox for over 10 years and Dysport for more than 5 years, and I have never experienced a horrible reaction like this. Back on July 8th, I was treated by Adeline. I received 30 units per side for crow's feet (I've never had that much before -- typically I receive 20), 20 units in my forehead, 30 units for my 11s, 25 units for bunny lines, never done my bunny lines, and also for the first time ever, injections for the "jelly roll" under my eyes. It was my first time getting a facial here. I’ve gotten facials before at Burke Williams and this place is way better! Lori did a fantastic job! She explained the process to me and the ingredients in the product. Made sure I was comfortable and was very nice. Left my skin feeling so smooth and breathable. I loved it and the glow after!
