Big City Barbers

I sincerely rate this barbershop 5 stars. This was my first time coming and definitely won't be my last. Very professional and welcoming environment. Bery diverse as well. Bree did a great job cutting my hair and I left very happy with her work. I wish I can rate her customer service with a million stars! She was welcoming, attentive and made me feel very comfortable.

Very nice barbershop. Clean, professional. Offered water or soda while we waited. We did a walk in around 4 pm and only waited about 10 minutes. All the barbers were welcoming and I observed each keeping sanitized stations. Both my boys received excellent clean li ed cuts.

I have been going to Big City Barbers for my haircuts for three years. The staff is very friendly, attentive and accommodating. I regularly schedule my visits with Smitty who is always professional and is highly skilled. The services are never rushed and I am consistently pleased with my haircuts. I recently opted for the facial and shave in addition to my usual haircut. The experience was very relaxing and I was extremely happy with the outcome.

I have been getting my hair cut by Smitty for 4+ years and have never received a bad one! Decided to do a hot towel shave in addition to my usual haircut and was very happy with the thoroughness and precision of it. Smitty always makes sure to get exactly what I’m looking for and more! I definitely recommend any of the services he offers as he goes above and beyond every time! The shop is always clean and in good condition and everyone there is very welcoming!

I've been going to Big City barbers for over 5 years now. I've always felt welcome and have no complaints. Excellent customer service and very professional. Great crew and good conversation always! My boy Smitty always holds it down . I also like the fact that it's not a chain. Would highly recommend this barbershop
