I called and Patrick O’Sullivan answered; we bonded over the same last name lol! I can’t remember my stylists name, but it was a lovely experience, and I liked how my hair looked at the end. Took advantage of my senior mother , she always had blond hair which was past her shoulders, beautiful hair . She ended up with red , auburn shoulder length hair . She is 91 and has a little dementia very noticeable. $ 499.00 later including a $ 57.00 tip . She has been going there for years without any issues . In a case like this I can’t imagine she would change her hairstyle after 70 years . She was very disappointed, her hearing and vision are bad . Please pay attention to your clients and their needs .
