very disappointed: I came here as a new client because I met the owner Vy Dao who is absolutely lovely. She recommended coming to her salon, so I came the day before my Vegas trip. I asked for French Tip Pedicure. The specialist working with me attempted the french tips a few times but they came out so chunky and misshaped. I had to tell her “all white toe nails are fine.” I was settling but decided it’s okay… However, while she was filing the nail after the paint, she accidentally went too hard and rubbed the paint off. This was towards the end and she tried to say I was all ready. I told her to please fix the lifted paint she caused. She attempted but there was no fixing it unless she took it all off which she didn’t do. In addition to all of this, I never had my feet worked on to make

Great service from start to finish. From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted and assisted. Vicky and Jolie did an amazing job on my full set. I was on a lunch break and they were so considerate of the time even I said no worries I didn’t want them to feel rushed and they still managed to get me out just in time. They exceeded my expectations on the nail design and knew exactly what to do. Sitting at the front you can hear all the customers and how grateful they are for their service too. Very friendly team and best customer service. Highly recommend.

I had booked 2 online appointments for my mom and I. It’s her birthday and we don’t go out to treat ourselves very often. We also live near the Virginia City Foothills so over a 30 minute drive. We also arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment. The women sitting at the first nail station asked if she could help us. When I told her we had 2 12:30 appointments she got an attitude and asked if we booked online. When I told her yes she told us to have a seat and proceeded to talk badly about us and booking online and how we aren’t allowed to do this. My mom who is also disabled asked if she was talking about us to her customer and I said yes! I stood up and said if it was an issue we could go elsewhere that I was scheduled. She tried to tell me only one person does online and she wasn’t in.

Ginger did an amazing job on my nails, she did exactly what I asked for (french nails with black tip) they came out beautifully. I could tell she has a lot of experience and loves what she does. My sister also came in with me and had a different experience. She got acrylic nails done by “the boss” (I didn’t catch her name) they were not properly filled and were flat and lumpy and the nail polish was messy. So 1 ⭐️ for her.

As a fellow business owner myself I really hate leaving this review but I've had bad service here so many times. Let's start with the pedicures. This is a luxury service that we pay good money for. As a mom of 3 who works full time and runs a business it's a once a month thing for me to treat myself. Usually it comes with a nice massage at the end right? Well I guess if you call a 45 second slapping on your leg it's a massage then. My feet are constantly still dry and doesnt feel like they buff it at all. Then there's the pedicure. I have long natural nails so I always get the builder gel manicure. They don't trim all the cuticles, she painted all the way over the bottom of my nail to the skin and it's all over the sides.
