I loved this experience! I am from Michigan visiting my family and I’ve never been to this salon before. I got my nails done by Vinny and they are stunning! His work is so perfect and he is very detail oriented I am obsessed with my nails! I will definitely be coming back

Very delicate because my hands are sensitive but I had no issues with Cindy, very patient and kind. She did a lovely job. I would recommend, this was my first visit, a bit pricey for just a gel manicure on this side. This is just in my experience, that's normally not what I pay with no added tips. But service was good overall

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I had such a great experience! I came in about an hour before closing, but they still took their time to make sure I got both my pedicure and acrylic overlay done exactly how I wanted. The nail tech who did my nails (I believe his name was John) was very quick, skilled, and did an amazing job. The salon itself was very clean and beautifully decorated, which made the whole experience even better. They even gave me a small gift for being a first-time customer — a great-smelling lavender lotion, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely be coming back! ☺️

I came in around 9:30 am on a Tuesday as a walk in and they were able to sit me immediately with Sydney. The environment was quiet and calm and it was beautifully decorated and clean. Sydney did amazing work, I asked for almond French tip with chrome added and they look better than the reference photo I showed. Anytime she would finish a part of the process she would confirm it looked good to me. All day I’ve been looking at them and couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be coming here again if I decide to continue having acrylics because the shaping, length and line work are all perfect with this set.

**Update 1/2026:** I had John as my nail artist this time and he did a wonderful job! I showed him the idea I wanted for my acrylic refill and he was able to replicate it! He was so nice and was always asking me for my input and what I wanted for my nails specifically! The pricing was very reasonable and affordable as well! Honestly, best nail salon is the Mandarin/ Southside Jacksonville area for sure! I highly recommend beyond nails & spa! For their hospitality, cleanliness of the place and their nail artists as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first and certainly not my last time at Beyond Nails & Spa! I’m so happy that I found this place because I will be continuing to go here in the future for my mani-pedi’s from now on! The spa itself is so beautiful, relaxing, pretty and clean. They ev
