First time at Best Wellness Spa. The massage woman did an amazing job on my full body massage. She relaxed my muscles that were tight. I was very impressed and I'll be back. Thank you

The worst, and I mean the worst, experience ever. Left the table itchy (they don't clean or change their covers). Left raw and scratched (they wear painful nitrile gloves bunched at fingers to scratch skin raw.) Fake pressure. Judy "forgot" to give change 3x when brought up at various times. Not a legit place for any level of massage whatsoever, not worth it, stay away.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Such a weird experience; it cannot be a legitimate business. I felt unsafe and left 5 minutes in. I'm trying to wrap my head around how there are some positive reviews of this place.

I had planned a day for my girlfriend's birthday including a couples massage here. First, when I entered the building it smelled BAD. I inquired about what time they had available as their website indicated they accepted walk ins. The person at the desk was clueless about their availability. She had to call two people to figure this out. Their website clearly states that the couples massage is $110 for 60 minutes but the sign on the desk said it was $140. I double checked to confirm this. I'd rather pay extra for better service. Avoid this place at all cost.
