If there was a minus 1, I would leave it. I started going to this little place that I thought was cute quite less priced in Mini a couple of dollars at least. The manager who is the owner’s mother was pretty friendly in the beginning the longer I started going there the nastier and colder she got never spoke never said hello never offered me snacks and coffee but when other people come in, she would I really don’t know what’s wrong with these cultures that does nails. They don’t know the first thing about business and Customer Service. All they want to do is rake in your money. They do not like a certain demographic of people, but they want to be in our neighborhoods and take advantage…. With that being sad the last time I was seen at Best Nails I got a terrible infection in my thumb. I w

The ladies here are always so nice to me and they did an amazing job! I called in late and she still took her time with my nails and paid a lot of attention to details. Me and her always match toe nail polish :))

I really hate this place. This is definitely the last straw. I call this place asking if there was availability for a fill and a nail repair in about 10 minutes. (It takes 8 minutes to get there). He said yes. I said ok. See you in 10 minutes. He said ok. I get there and he says u have to wait till 1pm. Now I have to go to work with a broken nail. I only have so much time before I have to get up for work, and I wasted most of it, and money for a Lyft there and back home. The last time I was there a few weeks ago for a fill and pedi, the lady didn't massage my feet or my legs AT ALL and had the nerve to want a tip. This isn't even all of it. I don't remember ever giving a bad review to any business. But I've had enough.

Today was the last straw. I have referred many friends and family here because the service used to be excellent. The owner and the older lady who helped me the first few times were wonderful. Recently, when the owner isn’t present, the staff has been rude and unhelpful. I came back specifically to have a shellac removed (done elsewhere) after they refused a pedicure two weeks ago, and once again, they gave excuses about being too busy—even though the salon was empty. When I asked for the owner’s phone number to share my feedback, I was told she has “no number.” Because of this, I will no longer return and am taking back my positive review. Had an appointment for 9am. Arrived on time and the nail tech was doing someone elses nails. She told me someone else was coming to do my nails. After ten minutes, I asked when the other tech would be there. She said sometimes the other tech is 10-20 minutes late. I left. I dont understand what the point of making an appointment is. So frustrating.
