I’ve been going to Best Eyebrows Threading for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say Nisha is the best in Schenectady. She does both my eyebrows and my partner’s, and every time, the results are perfect and consistent. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to switch up my look; if I want to change the shape or style, I just let Nisha know and she makes it happen. She’s also great at suggesting adjustments if she thinks something else might suit me better. I’ve tried most of the other eyebrow places in the area, but no one compares to Nisha. She always remembers both me and my partner, making every visit feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I've been to her a few times, and she's great at what she does! However, I've had issues with punctuality - I've booked 11 am appointments twice, and she showed up 20 minutes late both times. It feels like a lack of respect for clients' time, especially when she's advertising a specific schedule online. As a business owner, I think it's crucial to stick to your posted hours.

Nisha is GREAT. She’s been doing my eyebrows for the last 6 years. I honestly won’t go to anyone else. Definitely tell her what you want before she starts. She’ll do what you ask. Nothing more, nothing less. Highly recommend!
