Nancy at Benefit Cosmetics is THAT girl. She waxed my brows and absolutely ate. Super precise, gentle, and really listened to what I wanted instead of just doing her own thing. My shape looks clean but still natural — like my brows but upgraded. Also, Samantha was really sweet and super informative. She took the time to explain products and aftercare without making it feel pushy at all. Just genuinely helpful and kind. They both made the whole experience comfortable and fun. Crystal did my brow lamination, shape, and tint and I’m beyond impressed. She perfectly mapped my brows to lift and balance my face, and the tint is the ideal shade — natural but defined. The lamination gave me that full, fluffy look without feeling stiff. She’s meticulous, gentle, and truly talented. My brows have never looked better!

walked in just to browse & Nancy approached with a lovely attitude showing me different products, told me all the treatments they have available and I decided to go with the eyebrow wax. She shaped my brows so perfectly, almost like I got them laminated! I LOVE THEM TYSM:)
