From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was calming, and Marisha truly listened to what I was dealing with. She took the time to understand where the pain was radiating from and tailored the session to focus on those trouble spots without making it too painful. What really stood out was the balance between therapeutic pressure (pain) haha and relaxation. She were incredibly knowledgeable and explained what was likely causing the nerve compression. By the end of the session, I had noticeably better range of motion and significantly reduced pain.
