My Groupon was 50$ value and she upsells me 200$ saying I needed to buy all her products. I had a chemical peel and it did nothing for my skin. She did my neck without asking me and changed 20$ extra dollars for that then put on a mask without asking me and charged 50$ for the mask without me saying I wanted it: I will never go back

Viktoriya (the only worker there literally owner-worker) was very rude. Her demeanor changed as soon as I mentioned I had a groupon. She kept me waiting for almost 20 min while she planned a party with her friend. Then when I asked her about my service she told me she’d explain after because she had other clients getting there soon. She obviously wanted to get me out asap. I felt very uncomfortable & my microdermabrasion wasn’t satisfactory. It lasted 25 min and it felt like a lot of scrubbing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I went for a microdermabrasion and this was the worst facial I ever got. I have had 100s of facials before at other places. This was literally a joke. How could somebody be so unprofessional in their work. Don't you need customers!! I do not recommend anyone getting service from her (Victoria). My treatment at other places used to be about an 1hr and this one was barely 15mins. She would not have you change/ wear a gown. I was wearing a turtle neck and she said there is no need and she would work on my neck with my turtle neck top lol. Well! she did not even work on my neck. She would not turn off the lights to give you a relaxing experience. As soon as you lay down, she would start telling you how bad your skin is and what peels you need at additional cost. The esthetician was able to get me a last minute, same-day appointment! Went in because of Groupon, but changed the service a bit under her advice. She did a thorough evaluation of my skin and recommended a combination of a partial Groupon treatment and an enzyme. I didn't buy the Groupon (don't!) because she honored the price and a discount on the peel. She explained everything as she did it, which I very much appreciated. Go give this small business some love!

Viktoriya is professional and friendly! I've been going to her for about 5 months now and never had any problems. If you're looking for the full spa experience, it's true that she is no nonsense, but she does provide good care and quality treatment. My skin feels and looks so much better, too!
