Belle and Joyce Braiding

So professional, clean, patient, great customer service. Will be back! Two people did my hair and they was fast... They never disappoint, plus any style I bring them, they kill it..

I was desperate to get my hair done, before Mother's day. This shop was empty 🤦🏾‍♀️ Out of the two one asked me what did I wanted done, simply 7 braids/ twisted going back with a bun. She stated $100,( at the other Sloan, I paid $10 a braid. $70 plus I tip $10). Needless to say I chose to pay for the service. I had to get out of my seat at least three times, due to her braiding my hair so, so tight. I mention it to her, I guess what or how I told her she started to laugh 😡. I literally had tears coming out of my eyes. I asked for water, thinking I wouldn't have to pay for it, I was wrong she charged me $2. I 🙏🏾 that I wouldn't act up, up in there.🤦🏾‍♀️ I'm 68 yrs old with a tender head. I repeated myself so many times, that she was braiding too tight. I came in with edges and I wanted

Came in at 7am Joyce squeezed me in and got me out by 11am. Really neat work and good products .

NO ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! LINDA DID MY HAIR...IT WAS HORRIBLE....(BROWN BRAIDS $180) I CALLED THE OWNER SHE STATED SOMEONE OTHER THAN LINDA WOULD DO IT OVER AND I WOULD GET A DISCOUNT...ONLY TO ARRIVE AND FIND OUT THE OWNER BRAIDED MY HAIR & CHARGED ME ANOTHER $180 ...APPARENTLY THE STYLE SHE DID WAS $200 SO I RECEIVED A $20 DISCOUNT! SO I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE ABOUT IT...I WILL LET THE PICTURES REFLECT THE BURDEN OF PROOF.......TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! COLOR WAS NEVER THE ISSUE....THE TECHNIQUE....THE LOOK ....THE PARTING....ALL WAS AN ISSUE....NEW BRAIDERS ARE IN THE SHOP ALL THE TIME!
