I’ve been coming here for years but recently the service has gotten worse. Today was my last day. I went in for a pedicure and the amount of nail polish left on my skin is horrible. The 2 thin coats applied look horrendous and to make it worse I paid for a deluxe pedicure but wasn’t given the hot wax. If I’m paying more than $50 for a pedicure I expect good nail polish application and service.

Such good service for a cheap price. The salon was full today, and considering we didn’t have an appointment, we just waited for 5 mins. Hands down to Tracy who made a thorough and neat job trimming and removing my cuticles. Nails are coated nicely. Although my mom did feel like her pedi was done quicker than usual because they were busy, she thought the service was way worth for the price. Will recommend 💯

Extremely Disappointed with Service and Quality My 10-year-old daughter got her nails done at this salon on Thursday, April 17th. She chose a short acrylic set with designs and four decorative bows, which totaled $100 before tax—a steep price for a child’s set, but we were expecting high quality in return. Unfortunately, that was not the case. By the very next day (Friday, April 18th), two of the bows had already fallen off. The remaining two bows and one nail came off the following day, Saturday. By Monday, four nails had completely fallen off, and today, not a single nail remains. I reached out to the salon hoping for a resolution, but was told we would need to pay again to have everything redone. I find this completely unacceptable considering the service lasted less than a week. Thi
