Bella Tan and Boutique

I asked for a refund because I paid for 1 month unlimited tanning and was refused. I asked for a refund because the owner doesn’t have the hours as listed on google. I choose this place because I would be able to tan on my lunch break. After driving there during my lunch on 2 different occasions and the was a sign posted stating they would return in 20 minutes and the other time the sign posted was that the hours were 3-6 that day. How can you charge unlimited and not follow the posted hours. I asked for a refund due to this and I was told no. I only tanned twice out of 1 month unlimited because I got tired of going up there on my lunch break to them not being opened. Let me pay for those tans and give me my money for the rest. But she refused. Bad customer service.

Diane is wonderful, so helpful and love chatting to her when i visit. Highly recommend this boutique for gifts, clothes and tanning beds. Whop whop!!

I (Kelly) had the best experience in here! This was my first experience with this type of organic spray tan and the results were phenomenal. Diane was Super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. And then there is the boutique! She has really beautiful clothing and jewelry at really great prices. Definitely check it out as I would highly recommend!

Diane is an amazing meticulous sprayer I’ve been coming three years! I’ve had other tans but nothing as Organic and natural as Diane’s she’s simply the best ! I buy the package deal! Her boutique is very unique clothes and jewelry chic!
