Kellie was amazing!! My nails are sensitive and she was very gentle !! She made sure there was no annoying nail access under the nail. Love that one of my biggest pet peeves lol she was amazing! Will go back to her again

Went today. 3 Bella pedicures for me and my two aunts… I made appointment I advance but one of my aunts was left attended for the first 30mins without any acknowledgment… my other Aunt had to keep speaking up about things that she needed help with. Can we have a beverage? Can you help me with a massage chair but no one said anything also my pedicure terrible I’m not sure how 1 foot ended up, losing half of its nail so short that it’s painful. And when the girl was doing my whole pedicure, it was super rough but not in a good way like when she pushed my cuticles back it hurt and the massage was laughable. There was nothing relaxing about my $80 pedicure. We’re right next to Queens Harbor. I’m not really sure how this can fly, but I’d much rather get a pedicure in the hood. it’s just really

Basic nail maintenance, no polish and Ms Snow cut my cuticles so short I had to use first aid cream. Also left dirt under my nails. Only things that went well was efficient time and correct nail shape, but not worth $20. I learned which tools to use on my nails and will go buy my own.

When doing my pedicure, she nipped the inside of my nail bed and washed her tools in the same water she kept dipping my feet in. My toe hurts. Then she did my manicure afterwards and cut my finger nails with the toe nail clipper. Nail tech was so rough with my hands when she was cutting my cuticles this is what it looks like the next morning.
