beem® Light Sauna Reston

Beem Light Sauna in RTC is so cute! Kaili the owner is so nice and welcoming. I love the private rooms - the space is bright, friendly and super clean. Such a perfect way to unwind and get warm on a chilly winter day.

I visited beem® Light Sauna on one of the coldest, windiest weekends and it was exactly what I needed. I did a 15 minute session in the advanced light bed followed by 40 minutes in the infrared sauna, and the experience left me feeling warm, calm, and completely recharged. The staff were kind and knowledgeable, especially Kaili the owner, who explained how red light therapy helps the body better absorb the infrared heat and maximize the detoxification process in the sauna. The space is peaceful, super clean, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities and cold mint towels made it feel like a luxury spa experience! Plus, the location in Reston Town Center couldn’t be better—easy free parking and surrounded by great restaurants, which makes it an option for a quick lunch break or a full self-c

I don't usually write reviews but my son took me to dinner in Reston Town Center. We happened to walk by a Beem light Sauna. I was curious about the new store front and the smiling women inside only helped, to spark my curiosity. It was cold outside and the place was so warm and welcoming.It was my first time in an infrared sauna and they insisted that I also experience red light therapy . I have the mask at home, but this was not that. My body felt so warm and relaxed inside and I slept so good Saturday night. A great experience in a beautiful clean environment.

I’ve been going to beem Light Sauna of Reston consistently for about a month, about twice a week, and wanted to share my experience. During each visit, I use either the red light therapy panel or the pod-style light session that alternates between green and red light for 20 minutes. I follow it with a 30-minute infrared sauna session. I’ve noticed meaningful improvements. My body feels more relaxed overall, and recovery from workouts has been faster. I do Pilates regularly, and muscle soreness and tightness don’t linger the way they used to. One of the biggest changes has been with migraines.
