Beauty World On Meridian

I had an amazing experience at Beauty World on Meridian! Erica helped me out and she was seriously the best. She was super friendly, patient, and actually took the time to explain everything instead of just rushing me through. You can tell she really cares about her customers and knows her stuff. She made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and I left feeling confident in what I bought. If you go there, definitely ask for Erica she’ll take care of you. I’ll for sure be coming back!

Beware of this business! They are selling 2 year old expired relaxers, noticed it when I started to sir the Activator in the Base, hard crunchy texture I knew that is a sign of a old perm. I looked at the date on the back it read 1/24 this is 3/26. Y'all need to remove those relaxers ASAP, before y'all take someone hair out. Shame! Throughout my receipt, thinking the relaxer was good. They wouldn't give me a refund. Never going back.

I like the variety of items they have here the convenient location, and the prices are pretty reasonable. The signage they have written and posted all over the store. It’s kind of Odd. I’m not sure of the caliber of customers they get. Maybe they feel that is necessary. I don’t know… I do think it’s other ways to deliver the message that you want to get across. Anyway, I will continue to shop there. The people working were friendly and I didn’t have any issues. Just odd to see so many negative signs posted.
