Came in on 01/11/2026 with spouse looking for wireless clippers, both staff members very helpful and kind. excellent customer service, what a great way to set the atmosphere for customers.

They have a lot of ethnic products like relaxers and bonnets, wigs, oils, but they don’t carry very many other products, like no perms or perm rods for people who want a bad wave perm. Relaxers are not the same as perms. Perms add curls. Relaxers calm the curls down to make them straighter.

I like this store. They have a great selection, they are well organized, clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Today, however, they have lost a customer. Today, I went in to purchase some passion twists. About a month ago, I purchased these same passion twists and I noticed the price on my receipt was different than the price listed on the hanger. I figured I must have looked at the wrong sticker, the item was misplaced, my bad. This time, I made sure to verify the price and the product on the stand before going to the register. After I checked out and looked at my receipt I saw the same discrepancy. Not leaving the store, I immediately turned around and asked about the price difference.
