First the store is huge so I wanted to check it out. I simply asked the woman if the nose ring was a actual piercing or cuff she proceeded to say “You can check the price its not real” then proceeded to look at me crazy as she was implying that I was asking if the cheap looking 7.99 nose ring was real gold. She misunderstood me and had the audacity to be passive aggressive I took my business elsewhere no thanks
Had a lovely experience! Ray helped me out so much with finding the right braiding hair I need! Heads up they don’t take swipe cards!
Has huge selection of products but wish the employees were more friendly.
A few weeks ago I brought my friend to the beauty supply warehouse to buy a wig for the first time. Rick was the associate that helped us. He was knowledgeable, efficient, humorous and kind. My friend walked out wearing the hair he had chosen for her. It was wonderful to be so taken care of! She LOVES her new do🌟
Purchased amazing clip in hair extensions here for a great price!! Highly reccomend!
