Talked me into returning hair I purchased online for 130, for discounted bundles (brand : Green pac) 179.99 original price 200… later to open them and see that the bundles were thin as paper, tangled instantly, and wasn’t even enough to fill half a head. To the left is 1 30” loosely raveled and to the right and unopened 14” I purchased online. A whole scam when purchasing hair. Never shopping here again. UPDATE: Did have a big issue and rating with this store . Called and the manager fixed it with no problem. Not completely satisfied over all but customer service gave this place a bit more hope. Also, One of owners recommended this hot comb and said it was the best one . After two uses, fell apart. Did not straighten well.

They have reasonable priced makeup there. They did not have a big selection of wigs in my opinion. Now, if someone is looking for ponytails then they have a pretty cool selection of the modern ponytails. It is the last aisle farthest from the door when you first walk in that you can find the ponytails if you go to visit. they are all kind of different lengths, styles, shapes, curly, straightened, just a lot of different selections there. They are fairly priced and have plenty of parking, customer service was good.

This place is wonderful it's soooo clean and I was getting a wig for my daughter, Jennifer, the lady in the back with the locs, was sooooo helpful for us. Im a single dad and she helped a lot. She was so patient, professional, and understanding and wanted my daughter to feel comfortable and pretty by helping her get the perfect human wig. She cut the lace for a small fee, and I'll refer her to anyone for their haircare/ wig needs. She even had lots of great information about hair loss treatment that actually worked! I appreciated her. The manager Hussain was pretty cool, too. Good guy.

If I had to base my decision solely on today’s customer service experience, I would never return. As a first-time customer, I walked in ready to support and spend my hard-earned money, only to be met with impatience, aggravation, and complete lack of respect. How can you treat customers so poorly when they are choosing to support your business? As the owner, you set the tone and unfortunately, your employees mirrored the same negative behavior. It was not only disappointing but heartbreaking. As a Black Caribbean woman, I couldn’t help but wonder if this treatment was the same for everyone, or if it was influenced by race. Either way, no customer deserves to be made to feel unwelcome. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage Black women to reconsider frequenting this establishm
