Beauty Parade

I'm pretty disappointed with my first experience at Beauty Parade. It started off with me having to wait in the sun (90 degrees out right now) for several minutes before I was let in. A different costumer had to show up before they opened the door, but the staff almost closed the door on me. I had texted and rang the doorbell like instructed. While I was there I had to listen to each of the other stylists bad mouth other costumers with their clients. 3 out of the 4 stylists working talked bad about other clients while I was there. That made me sooooo uncomfortable. This alone is why I won't be coming back. I booked an all over color and highlight with a cut. I asked for a trim but I got a dusting. I got my hair extensions done with Danielle Brendle ad I am thrilled with the results! She was very detail oriented, fast and efficient. She explained the whole process and went over details about how to care for them properly. She also customized the amount of hair to use as well as the placement, to avoid any damage to my very fine hair. I cant even tell they are there!! Thank you Danielle <3

I have been seeing Leigh Ann for over 3 years and have never left dissatisfied with a haircut. We've tried multiple different pixie cut styles and she has caught the vision and rocked it every single time.
