Beauty Nails

I went in for a 2:45pm appointment and didn’t get seated until 3:50. I had a picture of my desired nail design (see below) and one of the estheticians took one glance at it said that it would easy. I am extremely disappointed in how they came out, he was clearly rushing and did not take any time to make them neat. I would like to also preface I asked for the letter O to be on my ring finger for my boyfriend since these are Valentine’s Day nails. I am super upset and disappointed with the lack of care and attention to detail.

This place is always packed! We have an appointment each time we come here but we still get seen an hour after the appointment. Always. It’s getting 3 stars bc they do a decent job. I recommend not having a walk in and actually have a better tracking system for the folks that have an appointment. I feel like there’s been several times when someone who doesn’t have an appointment has gotten seen before us.

First time stopping in as a walk in and they got to me very quickly. I got a full acrylic set with cat eye gel polish and I absolutely love how they turned out. My nails were done quickly and efficiently, and they turned out beautiful. I will definitely be returning for my next fill.

These were the nails that I got after asking for French tip with dark blue. I also asked for coffin which these are just square. She also got my cuticles a bit and they were bleeding. Didn’t ask me what nails I wanted or for like a picture anything, just got straight to it. I also have a picture of my reference photo.

My friend and I went to Beauty Nails last week for an acrylic set. We went in there wanting some simple flower design on one or two of the nails. The nails came out misshaped, bumpy, and the polish wasn’t even put on correctly. Not only do the nails suck, but we were treated totally unprofessionally. At first, they had cut my nail too long and I asked for it a bit shorter, I use a keyboard all day at work, I know the length I want my nails, she then cuts them way too short, and starts making fun of me, my fingers, and my nail length to all her friends that were working. Mind you, this is happening in their own language as they continually giggle and point at my hand. I am completely appalled and disappointed that this happened.
