Consistently shortchanges your service - I went in yesterday for a pedicure with one of my girlfriends. We each had the same service - #3 pedicure. One of us got the ALMOST full service while the other was never given the hot stone massage as advertised. They show you the timer of 10mins for a foot massage but when they go to set it they reduce it 1-2 mins. Same thing happens with the chair massage. I set my own timer for when they started, less than 10 mins as advertised. I really want to like this place, but they are cutting corners where it matters. I was at the salon every 2 weeks religiously. I stopped when they were reusing tools and then trying to persuade me into using their dirty ones they keep in their station drawers when I’ve asked for sanitized tools. They never sweep, or wip

i want to preface this by saying i literally NEVER leave reviews let alone bad ones but... i came here to get my gel nails removed. they were so rough and careless with my nails that they buffed my skin and cut me a total of four times and ground my nails down until they were so flimsy that filing them resulted in them LITERALLY BENDING BACKWARDS. my nails are (or were) very thick and healthy before this and when i got home i had to trim them back to the beds out of fear that they would catch on things and tear off. i am very disappointed because i will have to wait several months for my nails to grow out and become healthy again.

I used to recommend this place to everyone. Got my nails done here for a year with no issues and great results. The artistry here is great which is the only reason I am still giving 2 stars. Recently they have been rushing through sets and being careless. My nails were filed down so far the last couple of times I went there, I will not be going back. They are causing real potentially lasting damage to the nails because they are trying to get through full sets in under an hour. It’s a shame because some of the people who work there do a wonderful job, unfortunately just not worth the risk.

I want to start this review by saying im a loyal customer here and come every two weeks for a fill and pedi I spend hundreds each time today I brought my daughter and her friend for the 6th grade graduation nails im disgusted with the way the tech treated my daughter and the outcome of her nails. She was rude yanking and pulling in her hands this wasnt her first time getting her nails done and sits well so my daughter wasnt the issue the tech was. I paid 95 dollars for nails that look terrible and terrible customer service. Ive recommended many people to this location when jessica was here. The business lost multiple loyal customers after this experience. If I could give less then ine star I would. 95 dollars for a graduation cap and confetti ive attached a picture you be your own judge.

Ive been here before and loved my experience but today was awful. Make sure when you find someone you like, you always ask for them. My 8min stone massage for my pedicure consisted of 1 min with the hot stones and then 3 min rubbing the same spot on my legs while looking at something else. Normally I’d say something but I was headed to the airport so I just let it be. I will be sure to request someone else next time and remember the name of who has good work ethic.
