I would definitely give a zero if I could, bought a pony tail piece, went home, the color doesn’t match the number, went right back to the store within less than 30 minutes of the purchase, and they refused to exchange the hair, it’s was obvious that the number 2 wasn’t a true 2 and they still refused to exchange for a different piece. She says she would give me a discount for the next purchase lol. They are a joke, refused to exchange after seen that the number was a much lighter 2 within less than 40 minutes of purchase.

I ran in to Beauty Max to grab some hair toner and was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service and the store was clean and organized. I'll definitely go back! Thanks for your help and the thanks for the sample hair conditioner

The cashier lady was extremely rude talking on her phone with foul language while my children were standing there with me. I asked her for help on a hair color that wasn’t semi permanent and she pointed with an attitude at a color and told me it was permanent when it clearly said semi permanent then I was standing there waiting to pay and she stood there on her phone for a little over 5 mins before she acknowledged me. Extremely terrible customer service. I will NEVER shop here again.

So, I run a small business and I shop here almost every single day collecting materials for my custom orders. I just want to say the owner's are the some of the most friendly, kind, wonderful people I've ever met. They're extremely kind and helpful. The shop looks small from the outside but truly has soooo many things. They have a great selection of kanekalon, as well as wigs, beautiful charms, tinsel, dyes, oils, creams, etc. Definitely my favorite beauty store.

I love this place! The store owners are very friendly and the products they sell are affordable and come with quality. I truly appreciate the service too, the people are kind and knowledgeable and the items are AMAZING. They have full aisles of different beauty products, a must visit if you are in the area!
