Customer service these days is looking for a four leaf clover in July in saying that. I happen to call just to ask what time will they be open in the morning and stumble across a very friendly kind voice on the other in that was refreshing to hear and really made my week cause the holidays are always HARD...I have never gotten bad service from this store ,however if I had never been here Adrain W. would truly make me a loyal customer. Please stop in and experience what I did over the phone outstanding customer service

My girl was looking around simply trying to get some new things . We just moved to the area this is the first Beauty supply store we have tried so far . My girlfriend felt that The woman on duty seemed really rude and had said " I hate when last minute shoppers come in " . She actually told that to the boss, we ignored it and decided to buy the items we had and leave without causing a scene . But they won't be getting much $$$ out of us. 🙂

Very nice customer service the only issue I have is- some of their wigs aren’t what they look like on the mannequin. I bought this organique wig which I thought had a lace liek on the mannequin. BUT It had nooo lace so I wanted to return it. They don’t take returns due to covid. Which I get but if it’s not worn and it still has everything on it verifying it’s not been worn. You should be ok with taking it back. Very disappointed I’ll shop for wigs somewhere else. AND sell this damn wig that I never worn.🙄
