I've Shop At This Store Nearly A Decade! Every Time I've Been There They Greet Me, Coming In/ Out. I Dnk If Mgmt Changed. They Are Always Helpful, Store Is Always Full Stocked, Clean, Good Prices, Latest Products In Circulation, & They Answer Any Questions That I May Have. There's Help On The Sales Floor. They Have Everything That I Need! I See Several Employees Stocking Heavy When Their Shipment Come In. I Always Stop By There, Just To See What Are The Latest Products On The Market. I Wear My Own Natural Wavy & Curly Hair, Mostly In Several Braids Daily. So I Am Into Keeping It Healthy! This From A 60+ y/o Gma. Who Generally Look 20yrs Younger. Thank Guys For Helping ME Looking My Best!

Do you have the best customer service they have everything you’re looking for and they are friendly and the price is good they treat you like family 9/10

The employees are rude, they dont speak, i felt racially profiled and followed. They had loud conversations in their language about the price of an item i had while i was trying to ask them questions about another product, speaking over me. I would not recommend, especially for ppl of color. Spend your money elsewhere where it is more appreciated. 1/10

I literally just walked in this store they don’t greet the customers or even asked if they need help they just sit behind the counter and watch people. I took the item to the counter and the guy still didn’t greet me. I left the item on the counter and walked out. I’m a manager we greet our customers and show them appreciation at each visit. That was my first and last time going in that beauty supply store
