Morgan is the girl who I made my appointment with and she was very friendly and talkative about my style, she is very attentive and makes sure you are happy with the outcome. I will be using her for now on. Highly recommended.

Until now, I’ve had mostly okay experiences here—nothing amazing, but decent enough. That changed with our last interaction, and I’ll never return. My wife had an appointment scheduled. Six hours before, my job called me in for a mandatory shift. I’m the sole provider for our family, and not showing up could’ve cost me my job. That left no one to care for our 8-year-old daughter and our 4-year-old son, who is severely autistic and requires constant, specialized supervision. My wife sent a message explaining the situation. I followed up with a phone call—no one answered, so I left a voicemail. We gave as much notice as possible and communicated clearly. Still, they charged us $110 for a cancellation, despite the fact that no services were rendered and this was a genuine family emergency.

My sister was married on Saturday and she, the bridesmaids, and I went to get our hair done here for the wedding. Jamie did the bride’s hair and makeup and then she did 3 of the girls’ hair, but her colleague, whose name I believe was Emily or Ashley, did the other 3 girl’ hair. They felt that Emily just curled as fast as she could and this resulted in curls that were falling out by the time we left the salon. They were really disappointed and underwhelmed with her performance. So Jamie is your girl if you go to this salon! 5\5 stars for her!

Jeanne was the best. She took the best care of me. I am so particular on who touches my hair and she heard my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend everyone to go to her
