They did such a wonderful job due to the fact that my hair was very short because I had a pixie cut and now I’m trying to grow my hair back I am in love with my hair and I will be shopping with them Again. The shop atmosphere is calm, nice, and clean. The braiders are very nice, and from looking at the others in the shop, the do good on small and micro braids. However, I was very disappointed with quality braids I receive from this shop today. Went in for large knotless (35 - 40 braids) and they gave me jumbo 25 braids. Half way through the service I reminded her I wanted large not jumbo because I could tell she wasn’t doing the correct size. She said I was receiving large, and even went through photos to show me. I should have stopped the service then because the braids she showed me were not very appealing. Of course when she finished I had jumbo. My braids are lumpy and frizzy where my natural hair is. Wow! They did an AMAZING job 😊 I told the lady I don’t want the braids too tight and they weren’t tight AT ALL which I love! I recommend coming on an early week day. The cons : used wayyyyy too much product on my head, I had to whipe my scalp off once I got home. I recommend your hair being extra blown out before coming. If not they will do it for you and they are not gentle while doing so. ( overall great experience) ❤️
