The managers and store works are evil and mean. I bought nails from here and all of the nails were not in the pack. It was supposed to come with 28 nails and I only received 12 nails. The worker made me pay to buy another pack of nails and argued me down in front of everyone. He is rude and has a nasty attitude. I could’ve received a free new pack or atleast store credit. I will no longer shop here and I advise y’all not to either.

Had a PHENOMENAL experience! Was my first time shopping here. I just needed some wigs, accessories and make up for some content I am creating for my tech company. I’m not really familiar with weave etc so their great customer service and patience was VERY helpful! From the owner to another gentleman to who I think was the daughter. I showed them or describes what I was looks for a they got it. I was even talking to myself thinking what I needed and they still found a solution for me! I also went here because I saw reviews from other hair stores that had comments about them profiling people and I refused to patronized them. Glad I made this choice!

Places like this set up shop in predominantly black neighborhoods, and treat black people terribly! The head store clerk was extremely dismissive, and offered little to no assistance when I asked where a certain product was.

Great for that person who wants to look good,nice prices.
