This is the worst customer service I ever dealt with . Do not trust her she will steal your money ! I asked her for my money back but instead she told me to dispute it with my bank . She is terrible with communication! Also she didn't even communicate the time of my appointment but reschedule it ,and she will talk very disrespectful to you . I do not recommend this hairstylist! Do not ever go here

I've been getting my hair and hair care products from them for a while now, and I have yet to be disappointed! Whether it’s for my natural hair or my bundles I get from them they have whatever it is I’m looking for. These ladies do an amazing job at making everyone look and feel as beautiful inside as they are outside when they get out of their chairs. If you’re new to the city and need a reliable black owned hair store this is the place for you!

I've worn this hair off and on for 2 years and it's still look fabulous. I've applied heat washed and dyed it. The hair is still full and will last a long time if maintained and groomed, I recommend anyone to purchase your hair from beautyfablab, very helpful & great customer service, and it's a one stop shop! 😊💇🏽

Love love love the Beauty Fab LAB!! From Kids braids to my virgin hair. Customer service is top notch....very patient-I never know what I want but always walkout as if I planned the picture perfect look! Highly recommend!

I like the owner! But the employees are rude and very unprofessional. I have cancer and my hair is very short, when arriving the stylist laughed because I wanted a sew in. I left, didn't even get my hair done. Take pride in your job ladies. Smile and greet people. You never know whose life you can change by being sweet and sincere, instead of acting like hood rats. I only recommend business there because of the owner and other than the salon everything else is grand. Other than that FIRE all those unprofessional little girls who want to gossip and act ghetto and put real women up there that know how to act like women and carry theirselves like it too!!! P.S. if you don't wanna work then QUIT. There's a lot of women who would love to work!
