Only giving a "1" star because there's no option for a "0". I will never purchase anything from this store again & I will encourage my family, friends & anyone who asks not to as well! I purchased a pack of (what said "human hair" on the pack) to use for the curl pattern I wanted on the ends of my braids & my stylist couldn't use it because the hair shed soooo badly that she couldn't even braid w/it. I called the store for a wk straight w/ no answer & finally took it back on the 7th day & they still did not want to give a store credit even though the receipt stated they would. I am so tired of others making $ on our ethnic hair only to treat us as if we're not the reason why they're making all of this $. I WOULD NOT purchase from this store if you have other options!

i went in for so many things, got everything i needed, and i didn’t even go over $100!!! not only that, the staff was SO SO helpful! there was one girl in specific, i didn’t get her name but she had purple and red-ish hair, gorgeous dark skin, and she was above and beyond, VERY attentive, and just so so sweet over all. she had the best energy 🥹💕 love yall and definitely will be returning 💋

NEVER!! Have I EVER left a review on a place but this place is something else. “Too good to be true” is a phrase that resonates with me, and upon entering this store, I was shocked by all the beauty necessities (hence the name) that were so neatly displayed throughout the store. However, like the phrase suggests, there will ALWAYS be a downside. This facility’s POOR customer service is their Achilles heel. To all the black women who see this, DO BETTER!! I went to this place and was looking around for boho hair and I felt like this Asian guy kept following me and I kept telling myself no I am tripping and then When I did find the hair the man literally came right beside me and started counting the pack of hairs he didn’t even say excuse me it was so weird I was so upset I just left. I liked this store but I just felt very profiled and honestly that is not the first time I just try to ignore it. I go there for the convenience of it being down the street from my house but I never again.

I Over LOVE Beauty Depot! 😍 I can’t help but get excited every visit I make, they have a gorgeous variety of beauty items making it far from your average beauty supply store! I admire that they stay on top of trendy styles as well as popular products. From bundles, to makeup, accessories, wigs, and even fashion! Beauty Depot definitely lives up to its slogan “Where Beauty Begins.” They have multiple locations throughout Jacksonville but “Beauty Depot Super Center” is by far the largest beauty supply in North Florida 🙌🏽
