I went to the company to try on hair pieces to find the proper style; length and fit. They were unable to provide the hair pieces with the proper length and coloring , but insisted I purchase the 613 (30”) — 600$ later, after trying it on— since they wouldn’t allow it in store — I called immediately to return the product that wasn’t a fit for me and they were entirely unreasonable. I have contacted my card services also to dispute this and I will dispute it until there is resolution to favor the client. I have their product packaged and ready for them to take back. There has been zero intent on their end to resolve this-

Great customer service. I was shocked. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had my four kids with me but I like how they have carts in the store so I could push 2 of my babies around. They have a big selection of wigs and crochet hair. After I install my hair I will leave a review of the hair.
