I can honestly see why there are so many 5star reviews, I would give so many more if I could! Where to start… the interior was spotless and very inviting, staff was very friendly and helpful. The service? AMAZING WONDERFUL EXCELLENT exceeded my expectations Maggie made sure I was comfortable at all points during my session and she made sure to walk me through/what I’d be expecting as it was my first time there! The head spa was magnificent and thoughtfully curated to help with what your hair/scalp needs. It was well worth the price and everyone should definitely book here!

Had my first facial over the weekend! So glad I went to the Beauty Bar by Heather for my first one. Booked the couples facial and was able to experience it with my wife. I can not put into words how amazing my facial was. I was totally relaxed and new I was in good hands with Heather. I can not believe how soft my skin feels now. The staff makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. If you're in the New Bern area do your self a favor and go check them out!

I’ve only had a handful of facials over the years but this one was definitely the best. ShaDe was very calming and she knew just how to help me relax and enjoy the experience. I loved all the products used and the light fragrance or essential oils in them were very soothing. Thank you for such a relaxing experience.

First time getting a scalp massage and Holly did such an amazing job! Great neck and shoulder massage along with it. Worth every penny I paid!

Maggie did an excellent job giving me a deep tissue massage. She instinctively knew which spots to target. I will definitely be getting a massage by her every 4 to 6 weeks!
