Very disappointed I purchased hair literally yesterday. When I purchased it, I was not told I could not return it to get a refund. So I went there today. Mind you, they put up on the door about no refund or exchanges for wigs, but nothing for hair that has not even been open. Purchased 1 to many. I had receipt in hand, and the guy behind the counter said only store credit. No, I don't want store credit. If that was the case, I would've purchased something different. They won't have to worry about me. I will never purchase anything from this store again. The only reason I went there was because popcorn was going to close by the time I got there. At least I can return the hair and get my cash back with receipt. Their prices are better than this store and they have more variety. Don't even
