Pedicure was a disaster!!! Spanish employee used callous remover incorrectly and burned my leg using a plastic bag technique - a technique I never experienced. Employee had an attitude and spoke no English so she did not explain or apologize. Chinese owner offered a @20.00 discount on bill and advised me not to eat soy sauce to avoid further scaring. The shop is unsafe as undesirables often walk in. Never returning to this shop!

First of all idk what that lady name is but she’s very rude !! I asked if she could do a set she said no because it wasn’t acrylic as you can see THEY ARE ACRYLIC… also she kept ignoring me when I asked her what about this set was hard for her to do so I could work with her get something similar done and she was just being rude and being passive aggressive never going back there again they don’t know got to treat their clients don’t waste your time coming here they also make your nails look thick and ugly also the the picture I provided was a inspo picture I showed her

The main girl always has a attitude with a mean look on her face when I go there. Went after work & got there by 6:15 for a pedicure & was told no bc they close at 7. I didn't kno it took 45 mins for a pedicure 🤔 went back yesterday at 1:00. They all looked at me & turned away. No one greeted me so I Patiently waited only to sit for 5 mins still with no one asking "can I help you" finally she asked I said can I plz get a fill-in ? She said no we're book for the day mean while they close at 6:00. Never going back!

This is my favorite nail salon by far. So long as you have an appointment and show up on time, there’s little to no wait. They’re also super flexible with scheduling. They do great work as well and I feel comfortable talking with them about what I want, they’re very receptive and accommodating.
