, my experience at this salon was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. If you have natural hair, be warned, this is not the place for you. The staff clearly lacks the proper knowledge or respect for caring for natural textures, and instead of treating your hair with the care it deserves, they rip through it with a fine-tooth comb, causing unnecessary damage and discomfort. What made matters even worse was the attitude of the owner. She was not only unprofessional but downright rude, acting as if customers were a burden rather than the reason the business exists. There’s no sense of hospitality, and it honestly felt like she didn’t want your business at all. You can’t even ask a simple question without being met with sarcasm or a nasty tone. I’m an music Influencer and I say This is one of the best places I’ve ever been at I go here for all my big events and Radio interviews everyone is so friendly especially Mrs. Bertha she’s the best of the best and they do everything with excellence to the best of their ability better than some of those other popular hair places I’ve tried this ones one’s on top they can’t compare to Angela’s fresh look definitely recommend I’ll always go here no matter how big I get! ❤️❤️❤️

Everyone in the salon is a pleasure to work with besides the lady in the back that washes your hair , she is very rude and has no customer service, she pulled my hair and didn’t treat me like a customer at all

If I could give a zero I would. I brought my daughter in for a wash and blow. She is a African American teen with beautiful natural hair. When I asked if they could provide the service Theresa came over felt her hair and said no no we can’t do her hair she need a hot comb and I don’t have that. I was shock because the salon is in Wyandanch of all place! A predominately black and Latino community. I never encouraged my daughter to perm her hair and to love who she is. Unfortunately, Theresa’s only wants to do hair of a certain texture 🤷🏾‍♀️. I am disappointed in her and I will never return.
