What started off as quite a disappointing experience at Beautique completely turned around thanks to the owner April. She’s fantastic as a business owner and stylist. A few weeks ago I had my first appointment at Beautique with Elaine and I left feeling completely deflated. My hair was cut much shorter than we agreed on, my layers were exceedingly choppy, and the blowout style was nothing close to the inspiration picture I showed. Admittedly, I only gently raised my concerns with the blowout to Emily and she did try to rectify. But it was clear she wasn’t going to achieve the look I requested. I left and after a few days called the salons to share my feedback. Elaine carefully listened to my complaints and offered to attempt to fix my cut. However, I was too disappointed in her first cut

Elaina will forever be my friend and hair stylist! She is absolutely amazing inside and out! Also got my first facial from Heather!! Omg AMAZING!

I have had 2 hair cuts there by Elaine with the first one being good and geared to fixing chopped up layers from a hair visit at a different salon close to 3 months prior, it it took that amount of time to grow out enough to get another cut. On my second appointment with Elaine to get a regular haircut and keep on the track of letting my hair grow out ,she went into the same pattern as the other salon before and choped in uneven layers, it looks unbalanced and to short on top and the left. I went by to address this with Elaine and the owner April, neither of which was available, left a message for either to contact me when they got in . Which did not happen, so I went back, both were at the salon but supposedly unavailable do to being with a client, waited over 15min in lobby for April

Emily is the absolute best, not sure why I haven't taken the time to review her but she is amazing. We have a 10+ year relationship and I love her so much I actually drive or fly to see her ever since I moved out of state. I know it sounds crazy but that's the level of trust we have and the level of color work she provides. Frankly I'm long overdue for a visit but I will leave you with a few pics of her incredible work.

Stephanie did an amazing job on my daughter's head full of natural curly hair. We will definitely be back. She was very professional and took her time with every detail. While I waited for her I in a facial from Heather. It was a very relaxing and my face felt wonderful.
