While injectors are great, admin staff is very unprofessional. They never pick up the phone, do not call you back and insist on texting only. After I confirmed my appt they texted and tried to pressure me into moving it to an hour later which I said would not work for me. Showed up and they are closed. Literally no one there. Phone is not being answered. A reputable business does not behave this way.

I drive an hour and half because I love this place! They are VERY professional and the staff makes you feel like you are the most important patient there. My go to person is Jessica. “Jess” is an excellent injector and I feel like she has a soft hand. When I got my lips done the first time, I even had pictures to show and Jess did exactly what I wanted to achieve. I’ve gotten other injectables and Jess has done a wonderful and professional job every time. I feel like she’s very knowledgeable and if there is something else you need, she will get you to the right person. Five stars indeed and strongly recommend!

My injector is Jess, and I cannot recommend her enough! The way she has changed my face and my confidence is honestly so amazing! She’s so knowledgeable about everything she does and always answers my questions or concerns. she makes me feel so comfortable, and I completely trust her to help me make the best decisions for my face. I was super nervous to do lip filler. I had a consultation with several injectors before and then one with with Jess. I instantly knew she was the one! She was so knowledgeable and informative. I decided to give it a go and I couldn’t be happier! Jess is incredible! She was so kind and caring and they look amazing! She’s been so good at checking up on me after and making sure my results are exactly what I wanted. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted and very realistic about my expectations. She also does my Dysport and I’ll never go anywhere else! The spa itself is incredible as well! So clean and put together. If you go to Jess you won’t regret it!

Jess is amazing at what she does. I had her use dysport and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Everything looks so smooth and she gave a lift on the tails of my brow rather than the Spock brow that can sometimes occur. I also had her do a lip flip which turned out so good. Her placement made everything look fantastic and I’m already getting compliments on how nice I look. She’s the best!
