I go to Michelle and she’s always been amazing. Very communicative and my nails are always flawless. And I would never go anywhere else to wax my eyebrows after getting them done here. I’ve been using these services for years. Clean and professional environment.

I have given this salon several chances. Unfortunately every time I have been, I have a broken nail with the week. I am not very rough on my hands at all. I came in several months ago and said that I want all black, almond shape acrylic nails. One of the nail techs (Austin)ended up doing whatever he wanted on my nails (black French rather than all black which ended up costing more). The next day , the gel on my nails were peeling off. I chose to give the salon another chance because several of my friends go the this salon and love it (they go to Michelle). I went back last week. My middle finger nail popped off on the day I got my nails done. The salon did fix it, free of charge, but two days later, two more nails popped off. The only issue was that I always get acrylic. Austin was amazing with nail art! The staff made my friend and I feel very comfy to where we intend to do a ladies day once a month there just to treat ourselves. Highly recommend.

I called to see if they accepted walk-in clients and the gentleman who answered let me know they did and had plenty of pedicure technicians available but not many manicure technicians at that time. I told him I was less than a mile away and he advised I could be seen. Everyone was attentive when I walked in, they asked what services I would like and got me in a chair in under 5 minutes. Both Tony on my hands (dip removal and redone) and Don on my feet ( most thorough basic pedicure I have had in a long time) did a wonderful job. The massage chair was in great condition and offered a thorough massage. At the end of my services I requested to have my eyebrows waxed and the woman (I neglected to ask her name) did a fantastic job. The prices were comparable and the service was excellent.
